Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your sponsorship in the LTC News Care Directory. Please review our refund terms below.

Sponsorship Subscriptions

Sponsorship subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your sponsorship will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Partial-month refunds are not issued for cancellations made mid-cycle.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, please submit a support ticket within 30 days of the charge. We will review the charge and issue a refund if an error is confirmed.

Prorated Credits

When you upgrade your subscription (add more sponsorship licenses), you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. When you downgrade, the reduction takes effect at the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for downgrades.
