Cancellation Policy

Sponsorship subscriptions for the LTC News Care Directory can be cancelled at any time from your account's Subscriptions page.

How to Cancel

Log in to your account, navigate to the Subscriptions page, and adjust your license quantity. Reductions take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Effective Date

When you cancel or reduce your sponsorship, your sponsored listings remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, the sponsorship benefit is removed and your listing returns to standard placement.

Your Listing Remains

Cancelling a sponsorship does not remove your listing from the directory. Your claimed listing and all associated information remain intact. Only the enhanced sponsorship visibility is removed.
